By using our website, creating an account, making a booking or purchasing a Found Yoga service, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase.

2. Our services

Found Yoga provides yoga, calisthenics, strength and related movement classes, memberships, workshops, events and personal training services.

Class descriptions, levels and requirements are provided to help you choose an appropriate class. However, classes may vary depending on the instructor, participants and circumstances.

If you are unsure whether a particular class is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.

3. Creating an account and making a booking

Some Found Yoga services require you to create an account or provide personal information before making a booking.

You agree that information you provide to us is accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account information and any login details secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking has been successfully completed.

You must not make bookings using false information or on behalf of another person without their permission.

4. Class suitability and your responsibilities

Our classes are designed to be accessible to people with different levels of experience and ability. Where a class has a specific level or requirement, this will be stated in the class description.

You are responsible for choosing classes that are appropriate for your own circumstances and ability.

You should:

  • follow the instructions of the instructor;

  • work within your own ability;

  • tell the instructor before class about any relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect your participation;

  • stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, illness or other concerning symptoms;

  • use equipment responsibly;

  • behave respectfully towards instructors, staff and other participants; and

  • follow any reasonable health and safety instructions provided by Found Yoga.

You should seek appropriate medical advice before participating in exercise if you are unsure whether exercise is suitable for you.

5. Health information

When you book or attend a class, we may ask you to provide information about your health, injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations.

You must provide information that is relevant to your safe participation as accurately as reasonably possible and inform us if your circumstances change.

Providing health information does not mean that Found Yoga or its instructors are providing medical advice or treatment.

Found Yoga classes are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect health information.

6. Participation and assumption of risk

Exercise and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

By participating in a Found Yoga class or service, you acknowledge that physical activity carries some degree of risk and agree to participate responsibly and within your own capabilities.

Our instructors will provide guidance and appropriate modifications where reasonably possible, but you remain responsible for listening to your body and deciding whether to perform an exercise or movement.

You should not attempt an exercise or movement that you believe is unsafe or inappropriate for you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

7. Bookings and payments

Prices for classes, memberships, class packs, workshops and other services are displayed on our website or booking platform.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect purchases that you have already made unless otherwise permitted by law.

Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or other errors displayed on the website. If an obvious pricing error has resulted in a purchase being made, we will contact you and, where appropriate, give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

The website and bookings is managed via Offering Tree who have their own terms of service that can be viewed here

8. Booking Classes

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.

A booking reserves a place for you in that class. Places are limited, and therefore we ask that you only book classes that you intend to attend.

You must ensure that you select the correct class, date and time when making a booking.

9. Timings, Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Arrive 10–15 minutes early
Please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to check in, get settled, grab a cup of tea and set up your mat or equipment without rushing. Classes start promptly, so please be ready to begin at the scheduled time.

Please don’t arrive too early
If you arrive more than 15 minutes before class, the studio may not be open yet, particularly if another class is finishing. Thanks for your patience while we get the space ready for you.

Late arrival & our locked-door policy
For the safety and security of our students and teachers, we operate a locked-door policy. Once class has started, the outside door will be locked and the teacher may not be able to let you in.

If you arrive after the door has been locked, you won’t be able to join the class and your booking will be treated as a no-show. You will lose your class credit or, where applicable, be charged the £5 no-show fee.

We know things happen, but please allow enough time for your journey, parking and getting settled before class.

Cancellations
Our cancellation window is 2 hours before the start of class.

If you cancel within 2 hours of your class, your booking will be treated as a late cancellation. You will lose your class credit or, where applicable, be charged the £5 late-cancellation fee.

If you do not cancel your class and do not attend this will be treated as a no show and you will lose your class credit if you have a package or single booking, or be charged the £5 late cancellation fee if you are an unlimited member or intro offer holder.

Please book responsibly
Our classes have limited spaces, so please only book a class if you intend to attend. If your plans change, cancelling as soon as possible gives someone else the opportunity to take your place.

If you are unable to attend a class, you may cancel your booking in accordance with the cancellation period stated in our booking system.

Where a booking is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, the class credit will be returned to your account.

For unlimited memberships, repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in a booking restriction being applied. We will communicate any such restriction to you.

If you are unable to attend because of illness, injury or an emergency, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may use our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

10. Class cancellations and changes

We understand that plans can change.

Our current cancellation and booking-change rules will be displayed on the booking page and may differ depending on the type of booking or membership.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

  • you may cancel or change a class booking within the permitted cancellation period;

  • late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the class being deducted from your class pack or membership allowance;

  • where a class is cancelled by Found Yoga, we will provide an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable; and

  • we may change an instructor, class format or timetable where reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes or cancellations.

11. Memberships

Where you purchase a Found Yoga membership, the specific membership terms, price, duration, included classes and payment arrangements will be displayed at the point of purchase.

Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot normally be transferred to another person.

Unless otherwise stated, membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

12. Class packs and credits

Where you purchase a class pack, the number of classes included and the period within which they must be used will be stated at the time of purchase.

Unused classes normally expire at the end of the stated validity period unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Class packs are personal to the purchaser and cannot normally be transferred or exchanged for cash.

13. Introductory and promotional offers

From time to time, Found Yoga may offer introductory prices, promotional offers, competitions, discounts or founder memberships.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotional offers are subject to availability;

  • offers may be limited to one per person;

  • offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • promotional offers cannot normally be combined with other offers; and

  • Found Yoga reserves the right to withdraw or amend an offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Specific terms may apply to individual promotions and will be provided at the time the promotion is offered.

14. Found Yoga founder memberships

If Found Yoga offers a limited number of founder memberships, the terms, price, availability and any conditions applying to those memberships will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Founder membership benefits are personal to the member and are subject to the terms applicable to that membership.

15. Right to cancel online purchases

If you purchase a service online as a consumer, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For certain services, including leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the usual 14-day cooling-off right may not apply.

Where a class, workshop, event or other service is booked for a specific date or time, your cancellation rights may therefore be subject to different rules.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel or receive a refund, we will honour that right.

16. Refunds

Refunds will be provided where required by law or in accordance with the specific terms of the product or service purchased.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at hello@foundyoga.co.uk and provide details of your booking or purchase.

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

17. If we need to cancel or change a service

Occasionally, we may need to cancel, postpone or change a class or service because of circumstances such as instructor availability, illness, building issues, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where we cancel a service you have already paid for, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include an alternative booking or refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes as soon as possible.

18. Studio conduct

We want Found Yoga to be a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment.

You must not:

  • behave aggressively, abusively or threateningly towards staff, instructors or other customers;

  • harass, intimidate or discriminate against another person;

  • deliberately damage Found Yoga property or equipment;

  • attend a class while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs;

  • use equipment in a dangerous or inappropriate manner;

  • disrupt a class or prevent others from participating; or

  • engage in any other behaviour that reasonably puts another person at risk or makes the studio an unsafe or inappropriate environment.

We reserve the right to ask someone to leave the studio where their behaviour presents a safety concern or seriously affects other customers or staff.

In serious cases, we may suspend or terminate access to Found Yoga services.

19. Personal belongings

You are responsible for your own personal belongings while visiting Found Yoga.

We recommend that valuable items are not brought into the studio.

To the extent permitted by law, Found Yoga is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

20. Equipment

Found Yoga provides equipment for use during classes and other services.

You must use equipment in accordance with the instructor's instructions and report any damaged or faulty equipment to a member of staff.

You must not use equipment in a way that could reasonably cause injury to yourself or another person.

21. Personal training

Where Found Yoga offers personal training or one-to-one services, additional terms may apply depending on the service purchased.

The specific arrangements, price, cancellation policy and duration of a personal training service will be provided at the time of booking.

25. Third-party services

Our website and services may use third-party providers, including OfferingTree for booking and related functionality and Stripe for payment processing.

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of your legal rights as a consumer; or

  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, Found Yoga will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into the contract with us.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

28. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include events such as:

  • natural disasters;

  • severe weather;

  • fire;

  • flooding;

  • interruption to utilities;

  • significant building or access problems;

  • government action;

  • industrial disputes;

  • serious illness; or

  • other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or anticipated.

Where such an event affects a booking or service, we will communicate with affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

29. Ending your relationship with us

You may stop using our website or services at any time.

If you have an active membership or other ongoing service, the cancellation terms applying to that service will continue to apply.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services where you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, engage in unlawful behaviour, or pose a genuine safety risk to others.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice before taking such action.

30. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes that affect an existing membership or service, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

The latest version will always be available on www.foundyoga.co.uk.

Your continued use of our website after updated Terms have been published will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where legally appropriate.

31. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which you live that cannot legally be excluded.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
