A dynamic yoga practice designed specifically for runners, sports people, gym-goers, and functional fitness enthusiasts. Instead of static stretching or slow holds, this class uses continuous movement to build internal heat, warming up tight muscles so you can safely access greater range of motion.
You’ll move through active, purposeful sequences that target common areas of restriction, especially the hamstrings, hips, and hip flexors, while tapping into a rhythm of moving meditation.
The session will end with a savasana that employs visualisation centred around sport/ exercise.
The result is a session that enhances recovery, improves joint mobility, and keeps you moving well for your sport. No yoga experience or flexibility required.
